These terms apply to purchases and enquiries with SAVIN VLAD ADRIAN PFA, trading as ALTAPARTE. Our identity and registered address are in Legal information.
Ordering and payment
Published product pages describe the item, available options and price. Checkout shows the payable total, applicable tax, delivery charges and available payment methods before you place an order. Payment is processed through the configured checkout provider. An automated receipt acknowledges your request; availability and any individually quoted work must be confirmed by us. We contact you about any problem and refund payments for orders we cannot fulfil.
Custom products and business projects
The customizer sends your selected product, size or phone model, colours, artwork and placement together with mockups for manual assessment. A mockup communicates intent; material, colour and camera cutouts can vary. We confirm feasibility, final price and lead time and obtain your approval of the production proof before making a custom item. No automatic Printful order is created. For B2B projects the accepted written quote defines scope, milestones, payment and delivery.
Digital products and creative services
The listing and supplied licence define file formats, included content, permitted users and usage rights. Purchasing an asset does not transfer its copyright or permit resale of its source files. Immediate digital delivery requires your express consent and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Otherwise delivery starts after the applicable withdrawal period. Service schedules and any recurring billing terms must be agreed before payment; an enquiry creates no subscription.
Delivery, withdrawal and conformity

Your statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming products remain available, including repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Questions and disputes
Contact contact@altaparte.ro first so we can resolve an issue. Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of residence. Consumers may also contact ANPC or use its SAL procedure. We do not require you to give up access to a competent court.
