How do custom orders work?
Choose a product, arrange your artwork and send an enquiry. We receive your specification and mockups, assess it manually, then confirm a quote and production proof. Production starts after approval.
Can I move and enlarge artwork?
Yes. Use the position pad, sliders, rotation and scale controls. For all-over-print products you can choose a single design or repeating pattern. Artwork is clipped to printable surfaces; tote handles and bag hardware are separate.
Is the iPhone preview exact for every phone?
The supplied model represents an iPhone 14 case. The selector records your required model and adjusts preview proportions. Exact openings and fit are checked in the production proof.
Can I order for a business or a team?
Yes. Include quantities, size distribution, invoice details and your target date in the enquiry. We confirm the scope and price before payment.
Do you manufacture automatically?
No. We review custom orders ourselves. Your submission is a request, not permission to manufacture or charge you.
Where do I find my purchases?
Use your store account for order history and purchased downloads. Contact us if you need help.
