What we use and why
We use contact details, messages, customisation specifications and mockups to answer enquiries and take steps towards a contract. We process order, account, delivery and invoice information to perform purchases and meet legal accounting obligations. Security and limited anti-spam records support our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable. Optional marketing requires a separate choice; sending an enquiry does not subscribe you.
Recipients and storage
Necessary data is processed by our hosting and email providers, checkout/payment providers and delivery or production partners involved in your confirmed order. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. There is no automatic Printful store connection. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider transfers data outside the EEA, the applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards must apply.
Unconverted enquiries and their mockups are retained for up to 12 months, unless needed for an ongoing project or dispute. Order and accounting records follow applicable legal retention requirements. Local design drafts stay in your browser until you remove them or clear browser storage.
Newsletter and support chat
Newsletter subscriptions require email confirmation and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link. Support messages are stored privately and emailed to Savladrian. If enabled and disclosed in the chat, the AI responder sends your conversation text to OpenAI to prepare an answer. Avoid sending sensitive personal information. You can request a human reply instead. Support conversations are retained for up to 12 months after the last message unless needed for an ongoing matter. Optional Google Analytics and advertising tags load only after your corresponding cookie choice. You can change this choice through Cookie settings.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant right applies. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro. We do not make decisions with legal effects solely through automated processing.
